Because there are few people in the world who are honored to be initiators or risk takers and the rest are followers. Initiators are creative and they bring new ideas to the world’s information. Initiators possess thinking skills and have great minds. If their efforts are successful, then that will be called an innovation. For example, if a certain company takes any initiative for a new type of product and that proves successful then that will be an innovation.
So, people must be initiators, this is because it will enhance their creativity and the chances of achieving anything is possible, because
