Don't do more, Just do effective
I see many people doing a hundred of jobs at a time, but not even a single job is done perfectly by them. The thing is not that they can't do it perfectly, but, they fail to manage it perfectly. A wise person once told me, "if your priority is your studies then make sure your extracurricular activities never affect them".
From his words I came to know that we people, without even giving a single thought, just involve In the race of getting more and more rewards, honors, identifications and memberships. However, we should always keep in mind that if we are accredited with any organisation, there are some obligations on us. And not fulfilling them is no less than a sin. Sin in a sense, when we work with a team, it expects us to walk with it, shoulder by shoulder. And so the other organizations we are working with. Being a human it's not possible that one can give proper time to all jobs, specially along with its studies. And Ultimately, Our these improper attentions and attitudes create loop holes in projects, seminars, conferences and in other events we coordinate. Many events don't get success just because of we people, and We still say we are great. Therefore, doing small but outstanding is highly recommended. If we can not help some team to do marvel, then at least we should not spoil their activities by being a disturbance rather than a real team mate.
